Return & Replacement Policy
All products are thoroughly checked before dispatch. Customers must record a proper unboxing video while opening the package to claim any damage. Without an unboxing video, damage claims will not be accepted. Any damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
If the product is damaged, the customer must courier the product back to us at their own shipping cost. Once we receive the product, we will send a replacement free of shipping charges.
No return or exchange is accepted.
